Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs, virtual tours, or cinema tours created or taken in or at any location for any reason and for any client by a member of iDealerVideo LLC are and remain the exclusive property of iDealerVideo LLC. iDealerVideo LLC retains full rights and ownership to all photography, video footage, and virtual or cinema tours created. These works are protected under U.S. Copyright laws.

Clients are granted a limited license to use media created by iDealerVideo LLC for marketing purposes related to the specific property or project for which the content was commissioned. Clients may not edit, resell, or distribute any content without prior written consent from iDealerVideo LLC.

iDealerVideo LLC reserves the right to use any and all media for its own marketing and promotional purposes. Hosting of photographs, virtual tours, or cinema tours is provided as a free service and may be removed at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of iDealerVideo LLC.

Clients may request to purchase full ownership of specific content for a negotiated fee. This will require a separate written agreement clearly outlining the intended usage.
