Drones are commonly known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). They can either be remotely controlled, or they can fly on their own through inbuilt software-controlled flight plan that works in conjunction with GPS. In a more simple term, a drone can be described as a flying robot.
Aerial photography can be seen as the taking of pictures and video from the air without the support of a ground-based structure. Aerial photographs are therefore taken with the use of drones or UAVs, helicopters, and fixed-wing aircraft among others. Most people nowadays use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or quadcopter to do aerial photography.
Does weather effect your ability to shoot?
Yes. The equipment is filled with sensitive electronics. If there is rain or snow, we cannot fly the craft. Winds over 12mph are problematic, mostly for highly stable video, but also for flight.
Can you control the camera from the ground?
Yes. We can adjust the tilt, pan and roll and see the image on the ground monitor.
How high can you fly a drone legally?
How high can you fly your drone? As a general rule, aviation authorities recommend flying below 400 feet or 121 meters AGL in order to avoid possible conflict with manned aircraft such as airplanes or helicopters.
Our pricing is easy, for all of our base packages we charge $125 each.
Can I get a discount for multiple houses?
Typically we do not provide a discount for multiple houses in the same day. Please contact us for additional details.
How many photos will I receive?
The short answer is all of them. Most real estate photographers will send what they feel are the best photos they took. We could do the same but we know everyone has a different idea of what a good photo is. So for every house we go to you will receive every photo we took.

We can still take photos inside the home but we will not be able to take outside photos.
If we drive to the house and you determine that you would like us to come up another day the discount will be removed from the invoice for the travel for two days.
How am I charged for multiple days?
The only difference for multiple days is that you will lose the discount (see pricing). The pricing set is per house per day.
